A full interior renovation of an East London terrace apartment, including restoration of the facade. Walls were refinished in a soft, chalky limewash, with period ceiling roses and cornicing reinstated and modern statement lighting introduced. The footprint of the kitchen was redesigned to allow for french doors to a juliet balcony, and custom joinery was installed throughout, including brushed and waxed stainless steel cabinetry. The chimney breast was opened to allow for a recessed radiator, creating further useable floor space. Solid stone tables were chosen for the living room and kitchen, with accents of honey-toned wood and upholstery in earthy stone and khaki tones. Windows are dressed with privacy panels and linen curtains on wrought iron poles rubbed with beeswax.
