The ground floor layout has undergone a significant transformation, allowing for a more contemporary living environment. The loft extension adds an additional bedroom, bathroom, and valuable storage space in the eaves.
Designed with entertaining in mind, the ground floor features large-format aluminium sliding doors that connect the open-plan kitchen and dining area to the outdoors. In warmer months, the garden becomes an extension of the living room, effortlessly merging the indoor and outdoor spaces. Rich terracotta quarry tiles flow throughout the ground floor, continuing onto the rear terrace for a cohesive, unified look.
